Deputy Manager & SENCO

Megan has been at Jumblies since 2008. She holds an NVQ 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Megan used to be in charge of the Baby and Toddler Room, since returning to work, after having her daughter in 2014, she has been working in the Preschool Room as a Nursery Assistant. 

She was promoted to Deputy Manager and SENCO in September 2021. When not working, she spends time with her daughter as well as her niece and nephew.

Pre-school Room Nursery Assistant

Kayleigh has a natural approach to childcare. She is the eldest of six and has plenty of energy to engage with the children. She will be training on the job and will work mainly in the BIGs room. She has her own night-time paddleboard business.

Pre-School room Nursery Assistant

Jaide is a level 3 qualified practitioner. She is full time in the pre-school room and has a very caring manner. In her own time she adventures and gets crafty with her son and husband. She is currently on Maternity leave.

Pre-school Room Nursery Assistant

Keren used to Child mind and Nanny before becoming a Midwife Assistant at the hospital. She has two grown children of her own and has a great understanding of autism and sensory needs, she will work Between the two rooms. She loves a good conversation and asks plenty of open ended questions.

Alice came to Jumblies as a placement student from Truro College, where she was completing a Level 3 Childcare and Education Diploma. She finished college in June 2015 and has since worked in Jumblies Preschool Room as a Nursery Assistant. She is currently on Maternity.

Laura has returned from Maternity leave to work part time in our Pre-school room, she was the nurseries Baby and Toddler Room Leader. She started as a level 3 Apprentice and was taken on as a Nursery Assistant, once qualified, in the preschool room. All children thrive in her calm manner, as do her nieces and nephew when she is not at work. Any spare time is spent socialising and with her new family.

Connor has a level 2 qualification in Early Childhood Education and is completing his level 3 in Graphic design. He loves to read, listen to music and has great imaginative play and will make a great addition to our team a couple of days a week.

Pre-School room Nursery Assistant

Beth has gained plenty of experience working in a variety of setting with young children, including nurseries, cruise ships and camps.  She bring plenty of new ideas to Jumblies and has quickly formed strong bonds with the children.

In her free time she enjoys baking, which she has also done professionally, art and crafts and socialising.
